Interpretive walks weekly at Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge occurring on Wednesdays at 11a.m. and Fridays at 2 p.m., with additional walks some weeks. For Nov. 13 to 19 there are three walks and one activity at the Visitor Center. On Wednesday Nov.16, learn about the Critters of Canaan Valley, meeting at Beall parking lot off Cortland Rd at 11 a.m. On Thursday Nov. 17, learn about beavers meet at 11 a.m. at Freeland Boardwalk on Freeland Rd.
