The Seventh Annual River City Festival of the Arts will be held Memorial Day Weekend, May 23,24,25,26, 2014 in the Szilagyi Center/OLD RHS, in Rowelsburg. Events include a program of Literature, Lectures, Civil War Tributes, Patriotic Music, Educational Theater, Specialty Dinners, Classic Band & Dancing, Wheeling Symphony String Quintet, Patriotic Dinner, Smithsonian Home Town Teams Exhibit, USAF World Class American Heritage Band.
