Historic Landmark Commission Meeting
The Tucker County Historic Landmark Commission will meet Monday, January 13 at 5 p.m at the Tucker County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau at 410 William Avenue in Davis. The public is encouraged to attend as the TCHLC will be asking for public comment regarding the nomination of the National Bank of Davis on the National Register of Historic Places.
Animal Vaccinations Clinics
The Tucker County Animal Shelter will be hosting cat and dog vaccine clinics on Saturday, January 11 at the following times and locations:
Tucker Valley School: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Thomas Fire Hall: 1- 3 p.m.
Costs: Rabies – $5; DHPP – $15; DHLPP – $20; Bordetella – $15; Lyme – $25; Lepto – $15; FVRCP – $15; Leukemia – $20; Microchips – $20; Cat Carriers for Sale – $10 donation
Buckwheat Dinner
Buckwheat Dinner, all you can eat, with sausage, gravy, biscuits, buckwheat cakes and pancakes for an $8 donation on Saturday, Jan. 11 from 4 – 7 p.m. at St. John’s United Methodist Church, Parsons. Sponsored by St. John’s United Methodist Men.
