WV Trappers Association Spring Fur Auction and Rendezvous
The West Virginia Trappers Association will hold their annual Spring Fur Auction and Rendezvous, February 28, March 1-2,2025 at the Gilmer County Recreation Center 1365 Sycamore Run Road Glenville, WV. Vendors will be present throughout the weekend. Consignment for finished fur begins at 9AM Friday, February 28th and also on Saturday, March 1st beginning at 9AM. No raw fur or Ginseng will be consigned. Fur auction will be Sunday, March 2nd at 1PM. Board of Directors meeting will be Thursday, February 27th, at 7PM. Food Handler’s Class
Sanitarian James Snyder announced that the Tucker County Health Department will be conducting Food Handler’s Training Classes at the Parsons Senior Center on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Individuals attending the class will be issued a food handler’s permit which will be good for two years. A $10 registration fee will be collected upon admittance. The classes will start promptly and late arrivals will not be admitted.
