Jan 20: Figure Skating Exhibition 7 p.m.Watch Abby Sowards and friends as they perform a figure skating show at the ice rink.

Jan 27: Let’s Meet Bucky 7 p.m.: Come to Canaan Valley Resort Ice Rink for an enjoyable evening ice skating and meeting Bucky the Deer, Canaan’s mascot. Have your picture taken with Bucky.
Jan 28: Wilderness Skills – 25 Trees Everyone Should Know: This 1-hour multi-media program is presented by Mark Chapin, a military veteran and wilderness skills instructor. Main Lodge: Willow/Elm Rooms; Time: 7pm – open to the public, no charge.
Davis Community Meeting
The Davis Community Meeting will be Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 7:30-8:30 pm at Davis Community Center. Open to the public. Final meeting with consultant Terrell Ellis. Discuss her draft for Davis’ Economic Plan.

Free Friday
Free Friday will be held at the First United Methodist Fellowship Hall in Parsons on Jan. 27, beginning at 6 p.m. A free meal of assorted soups, sandwiches, desserts and drinks will be served. We invite you to come join us! There is no charge, and donations are NOT accepted.
