Veteran’s Reception
The CVVFD Auxiliary and Canaan Women’s Club are sponsoring a “Salute to Veterans” reception from 2 – 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Canaan Fire Hall. All veterans and their families are invited. Everyone welcome.

Veterans Day program at Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School
A Veterans Day program will be Thursday, November 9 at 10 a.m. in the gym. There will be singing by TVEMS Chorus, The Graf-tonnettes from Grafton, Mr. Fred Puderbaugh and musical selections by the TVEMS and TCHS band. All veterans will be honored and presented with a veterans pin. Major-General Randall West, Ret. USMC will the be guest speaker. All veterans are invited and there will be lunch for Veterans and guests after the program. Any questions, call at the school.
