Blackwater DAR to meet
The Blackwater Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution will meet on January 13 at 1 p.m. at Lil Andi’s Restaurant in Parsons. The winner of our quilt was
Mrs. Jo Corey. All members need to attend.
Parsons High School Alumni Association meeting
The Parsons High School Alumni Association will be meeting on Thursday, January 11 at Little Andi’s Restaurant in Parsons at 5 p.m. Plans are underway for the 2018 PHS alumni events in May.
Trout Stocking
The following waters were stocked the week of Jan. 2: Cedar Creek Lakes; Hurricane Reservoir; Larenim Park Lake; Spruce Knob Lake.
PVFD Bingo
Parsons Volunteer Fire Department will have Bingo on Jan. 13. Doors open at 6 p.m. with Raffles games.
Bingo starts at 7 p.m. Kitchen will be open. Come out and support PVFD.
