First United Methodist Church is having a spaghetti dinner from 4 – 6 p.m. on Friday, June 16 to benefit David W. a student in Kenya who is trying to go to school.

Annual Memorial Services
The Mt. Sarah United Methodist Church (Sinclair Ridge Community) in Rowlesburg, will have its annual Memorial Services on Sunday, June 25. Morning worship at 11 a.m. followed by placing of wreaths, a picnic lunch and afternoon services. All are welcome.
Benefit Cake Walk
There will be a benefit cake walk at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 10 at the Courthouse Square for Amy and James Dillsworth. If rain, event will be held at Tucker County Schools Annex.
Historical Society meeting
The Tucker County Historical Society will meet Sunday, June 11 at 2 p.m. at the Tucker County Historical Society Museum in the Tucker County Annex at 501 Chestnut St., Parsons. Visitors welcome.
Historic Landmark Commission meeting
Tucker County Historic Landmark Commission will hold its monthly meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, June 12, at Tip Top, in Thomas. The meeting is open to the public and new members are welcome.
