Read moreDetailsJust in time for the first day of school, a new playground at Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School is complete. The Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation supported the playground with a $20,500 grant, and volunteers built and installed it. It replaces an outdated one and now provides an age-appropriate space for the health and devel-opment of students. Dominion Energy hosted an unveiling of the project for students, teachers, staff and community members on Tuesday, August 26th at Tucker Valley Middle School to celebrate completion of the project. Pictured are Skyler Roberts, Ty Miller, Richard McElwain, Christopher Paugh, Nathan Walker, Bryan McDowell, and Bobby Moore volunteered 146 hours getting the playground ready in time for the first day of school.
