The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Roncsvert David Ganan Almond, Washington, DC, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- David A. Howell, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Jennifer L. Raab, South Riding, Va., was cited for speeding by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal Complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Jesse Derick Suesli, Hambleton, has been charged with Sexual Assault First Degree and Sexual Abuse by Guardian. According to the complaint, on Friday, Dec. 18 the defendant, while at his residence was with his girlfriend. Suesli went to the restroom and decided to make sexual contact with a juvenile for his personal gratification. Suesli, being a guardian of the juvenile, entered her bedroom and inappropriately touched her. The defendant observed her move and stopped the sexual contact. He rolled off the bed onto the floor, waited approximately one minute, then crawled to the bedroom door. He opened the door of her room and stood up. He then asked her if she was ok and if she had yelled. He then left the room. Cpl. D.W. Burge, of the West Virginia State Police, was read his rights and signed said forms. Burge interviewed the defendant and he gave a signed statement in which he admitted to these sexual acts. He is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail under a $100,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 29 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
