The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

  • Tammy L. Cotton, Dillsburg, Pa, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Douglas Grant Canon, Davis, was cited for cutting tree without permission by D.K. Frazier. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $50 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Douglas Grant Canon, Davis was cited for cutting tree without permission by D.K. Frazier. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Rebecca M. Payton, W Roxbury, MA, was cited for speeding (55-45) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Brian K. Fortney, Thomas was cited for speeding (45-25) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Denise A. Moon, Mt. Storm, was cited for speeding (61-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Jerry Lee Helmick, Parsons, was cited for failure to tag game and hunt after unchecked deer by T.L. Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $40 and court costof $330.50.

  • Carrie F. Shahan, Tunnelton, was cited for cell phone use by Deputy C.R. Donelson. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $100.
  • Dean F. May Jr., Wilmington, NC, was cited for speeding (74-65) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $50 and court cost of $165.25.

 

The following civil case was heard in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Kimberly Harper verses Diane Mullenax: On Jan. 13 the court granted judgment; Defendant to vacate premised by Jan. 30. Court cost of $75. Hereby ordered and adjudged on Jan. 13 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

 

The following criminal cases were heard in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Crystal Dawn Brown, McHenry, Md., Judgment waived of preliminary hearing of one count gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. This case was heard on Jan 12 before Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • Robin Russell Maxson, Jr., Parsons, Judgment of Preliminary hearing waived for one count sexual assault in the third degree with a person who is under the age of 16 years old. This case was heard Jan 13 before Magistrate Riley H. Barb
