The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

  • Rebecca N. King, Morgantown, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Mary K. Kirby, Burlington, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Slier. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Simon X. Auclair, Mooresville, IN, was cited for failure to maintain control by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Danielle C. Carr, Buckhannon, was cited for no seatbelt by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.

 

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • State of West Virginia verses Larry A. Stone Jr.: He received judgment of guilty plea for one count petit larceny with violation date of Sept. 7, 2015. He was assessed fines of $100; cost and fees of $175.25 and restitution of $12.75. This case was ordered and adjudged on Jan. 7 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses Charles D. McClaskey: He received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count obstructing an officer which occurred on Nov. 11, 2015. He received a six month suspended jail term and must report to Day Reporting Center for six months. This case was ordered and adjudged on Jan. 21 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses Joshua A. Bunnell: He received judgment of guilty plea for one count speed limitations that occurred on Dec. 9, 2015. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on Jan. 27 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

 

The following complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Kristin Coleman, Parsons, was charged with driving while suspended or revoked on Jan 16. She pled not guilty on Jan. 25 and a court hearing is scheduled for March 29 at 11:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
