The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Anne Lynn Hobson, Vero Beach, Fla. was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Aaron Wade Harsh, Eglon, was cited for expired MVI by WVSP Ethan Carr. He pled no contest and was assessed fine of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Jeffrey Paul Boyles, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt; second offense; by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Marc C. Shaffer, Montgomery Village, Md. was cited for speeding (54-45) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

- Nicholas Mansuetto, Parsons, was cited for no proof of insurance and expired registration in 1997 by Deputy D.E. Gidley. The first charge was dismissed with proof shown and he was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25 for the second charge.
- Daphne J. Gooding, Harts, was cited for expired registration and no proof of insurance by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Eldred D. Bright, Hendricks, was cited for failure to yield at drive by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Cinda L. Scales, Martinsburg, was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- David Gabel, Arlington, Va. was cited for speeding (54-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Ashley K. Allamong, Shenandoah, Va. was cited for driving suspended in 2014 by Deputy C.R. Donelson. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
- Ashley K. Allamong, Shenandoah, Va. was cited for no registration and no insurance in 2012 by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel. He pled guilty to the first charge and no contest to the second. He was assessed fines of $205 and court cost of $331.60.
- Reginald S. Rucker, Philadelphia, Pa. was cited for failure to obey traffic device by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Jason Judy, Ashburn Va. was charged with DUI first offense. The complaint states that on Feb. 10 a complaint came into Tucker County 911 about a suicidal man in a black 2007 Dodge pickup with Virginia plates. Cpl. J.E. Kopec was patrolling US219 when he spotted the vehicle. He followed the vehicle into Parsons and observed it to be swerving across the center line several times. The officer pulled the vehicle over and identified the driver as the accused; Jason Judy. He identified himself as the person in question to the alert. Kopec detected alcohol odor emitting from Judy and asked him is he had consumed any alcohol, in which he allegedly replied, “Yeah I have had enough.” Kopec administered field sobriety tests to Judy and he failed all of them. He also failed a Preliminary Breath Test. He was arrested for DUI and transported to the City Police Station and submitted to a secondary breath test which resulted in a BAC of .174. He was read his implied consent statement and signed it. He was also issued a citation for failure to keep right. He was transported to the Parsons State Police Detachment for fingerprinting and then to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. A PR bond of $1,100 was posted and a court hearing is scheduled for March 33 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
- Mindy Balint, Montrose, was charged with failure to cause her child to attend school. She posted a PR bond of $100.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- O’Connor verses Shipley: The court granted judgment in favor of Craig E. O’Connor against Anthony Wiseman and Sarah Shipley in the amount of $915 plus court cost of $105. This case was ordered and adjudged on Feb. 11 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- State of West Virginia verses Cody Allen Bulford, Rowlesburg: He received judgment of Guilty-Plea Agreement for one count Obstructing Officer on Sept. 6, 2014. He was assessed cost and fees of $330.50: Judgment of Guilty Plea-Agreement for one count Fleeing from officers on Sept. 6, 2014. He was assessed cost and fees of $330.50: Judgment of Dismissed Deferred Sentence for one count Domestic Battery on Sept. 9, 2014. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25: Judgment of Dismissed-Deferred Sentence for one count Unlawful taking of vehicle on Sept. 6, 2014. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25: Judgment of Dismissed Deferred Sentence for one count Interfere with emergency Communications. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25 and received a Deferred sentence for 12 months beginning on Dec. 9, 2014 through Dec. 9, 2015. In eight months if makes bond in Preston County a stay will be issued until outcome is determined in Preston County.
