Robert A. Burton, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt and expired registration by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Larry E. Alkire, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Ronald W. Stuart, Davis, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Andrew J. Rockaway, Harman, was cited for failure to maintain control by Deputy C.A. Teter. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and curt cost of $165.25.
Robert L. Mallow Jr., Harman, was cited for speeding and no valid insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25 for first charge and second charge was dismissed with proof shown.

State of West Virginia verses Brian Jones, Parsons, was charged with Truancy of minor. The defendant did fail to cause a minor to regularly attend Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School. Student has accumulated 15 full unexcused days from Dec. 8, 2015 through April 19, 2016. He posted a $100 PR bond.
State of West Virginia verses Melissa Jones, Parsons, was charged with Truancy of minor. The defendant did fail to cause a minor to regularly attend Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School. Student has accumulated 15 full unexcused days from Aug. 19, 2015 through April 19, 2016. She posted a $100 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for July 6 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
