The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Jason Loughrie Randolph, Thornton, was cited for speeding (57-45) and no MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest on both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
- Michael Jon Bush, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Ian Tyler Little, Pottstown, Pa., was cited for speeding (34-25) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Miles Thomas Maiorana, Davis , was cited for no registration and expired MVI by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty on both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Deana Lee Clarke (Bates), Parsons, was charged with Burglary. According to the complaint, on Sunday, Aug. 30 the defendant allegedly entered a trailer owned by Tina Evans without the consent of the victim. She allegedly removed a collective wine bottle from the residence. The bottle, valued at $25, was allegedly recovered by another individual from the defendant and returned to the victim. She was remanded to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail under a $10,000 bond. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Melissa Jones, Parsons, was charged with Destruction of property and posted a $500 PR bond. She is scheduled for a court hearing on Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
The following cases have been Ordered and Adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Sharon Ray Smith received judgment of No Contest per Plea Agreement for one count Trespass on property other than structure or conveyance with a violation date of June 265. She received a fine of $100, which was suspended, with cost and fees of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on Aug. 20 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb. She also received judgment of Dismissed-Plea Agreement for one count Trespass on property other than structure or conveyance with violation date of June 25. Motion by State to dismiss was granted. This case was ordered and adjudged on Aug. 20 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Karbino M. Kuel, Olathe, Kan., received judgment of Guilty-Plea Agreement for one count of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles; applicability of article to farm and road equipment with a violation date of June 9. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on Aug. 25 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- United Hospital Center verses Donna Mullennex was ruled in favor of UHC in the amount of $1,600.60 plus court cost of $80. This case was ordered and adjudged on Sept. 2 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
