- Geroge Lee Karnes, II, Front Royal, Va. was cited for speeding (54-45) by TFC. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Patrick A. Wilfong, was cited for cell phone use and no proof of insurance by TFC J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $100. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Chad S. Vance, Beverly, was cited for failure to obey traffic device by Sgt. C.D. Siler. he pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kenneth L. Caldwell, Romney, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

- Cinda L. Chapman, Petersburg, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal complaint was filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Daniel Jacob Nazelrod, of Elkins, was charged with driving suspended Third Offense. According to the criminal complaint, on Friday, Sept. 11 Cpl. J.E. Kopec was patrolling WV93, when he observed a white Saturn allegedly speeding in a construction zone. Kopec pulled the vehicle over and asked the defendant for his driver’ license, the driver did not have his license on him, but provided his name and date of birth. After running the license number it was discovered that the defendant’s license was suspended for unpaid citations and had a driving suspended Third Offense conviction on June 27 and Aug. 2. A certified copy of the driver’s history was also requested. The accused was arrested for driving suspended Third Offense and the vehicle was towed.
