Cody Allen Moats, Parsons, was cited for speeding, (65-55) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Theodore Nathan Karle, Washington, DC, was cited for speeding (55-45) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Harold Ernest Dillsworth, Oakland, Md. was cited for driving suspended by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
Jesse W. Florentine, Eglon, was cited for expired operators and no proof of insurance by Deputy C.A. Teter. He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Nathan Ray Delawder, Mathias, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Rebecca Grace Fansler, Montrose, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Jeremy Clinton Watson, Aurora, was cited for speeding (66-55); expired registration; expired MVI and no insurance by Deputy C.R. Donelson. All charges were dismissed by the State pursuant to plea agreement.
The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Joseph Nelson Jenness, II, Skowhegan, Maine, was charged with DUI First Offense. According to the criminal complaint, on Sunday, Oct. 11, the defendant was driving on Timberline Road when he allegedly ran off the roadway and rolled his vehicle onto the passenger side. When Cpl. D.W. Burge arrived on the scene, he observed the defendant to allegedly have blood shot glassy eyes and the odor of alcohol on his breath. Burge administered field sobriety tests, which the defendant failed or refused to take. He was transported to the Elkins City Police for a secondary breath test in which he allegedly registered a .195 BAC.
