The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Wilma A. Betler, Parsons, was cited for selling of alcohol to underage by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
- John E. Savage, Jr., McHenry, Md., was cited for speeding (56-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Dinh Tron Nguyen, Whitehall, Pa., was cited for speeding (58-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He p[led no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Harry Pencil, Bedford, Pa., was cited for speeding in a construction zone (65-45) by B.L. Vanorsdale, DOT. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
- Denver J. Cussins, Hambleton, was cited for no proof of insurance by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- April D. Waybright, Parsons, was cited for cell phone use and no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $125.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Cindy Williams, Parsons, was charged with Domestic Battery on Saturday, April 25. According to the criminal complaint, Cpl. J.E. Kopec responded to a domestic dispute located at 73 Crouch Lane involving Krissy Lynn Bell and Cindy Williams. Williams informed Kopec that allegedly Bell oushed her with her whole body shoving her and she defended herself by punching Bell. Williams had a cut on her knuckle and was bleeding. Kopec then spoke with Bell who informed him that allegedly Williams grabbed her by the throat, spit in her face and punched her in the face. Bell allegedly stated that she shoved her back. Both were arrested for domestic battery. Arrangements were made to pick up Bell’s child and both were transported to the Parsons State Police Department for processing. Both were transported to TVRJ for housing.
- Williams posted a $1,000 PR bond and is to have no contact with Bell. A court hearing is scheduled for June 15 at 2 p.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
- Krissy Lynn Bell, Parsons,was charged with Domestic Battery on Saturday, April 25. According to the criminal complaint, Cpl. J.E. The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Christopher Lee Wimer, Riverton, received judgment of guilty plea-Agreement for one count misdemeanor offenses for violation of protective order, repeat offenses; penalties. The incident occurred on Wednesday, April 15. He was assessed fines of $250; cost and fees of $165.25; a suspended jail sentence of one year and one year of home confinement.
The following civil cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- West Virginia Medical Corporation received judgment against Kenneth Smith. Smith must pay $2,625.25 plus court cost of $90. The case was ordered and adjudged on April 27 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Linda Persutti received judgment against Aaron Glen Howell, Jr. for $600 plus $75 court cost. Howell must vacate by April 30. The case was heard on April 16 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Mountain Valley Bank, NA received judgment against Richard W. Loria for $273.98 plus &75 court cost. Affidavit for default judgment filed. The case was heard on April 27 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
