The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Patrick W. Baranowsky II, Vienna, Va. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Jerry W. Viars, Davis, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Joshua J. Barkley, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Ali Rezwan, Manassas, Va. was cited for speeding (65-55) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Michael E. Kent, Oakland, Md. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Katherine L. Crispin, Kutztown, Pa. was cited for speeding (29-25) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Brendon R. Carr, Parsons, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Marla D. Reed, Martinsburg, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She was assessed fines of $25.
Pamir Rahimzadeh, South Riding, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Jonathan Z. Paugh, Thomas, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Matthew Logan Lipscomb, Hendricks, was charged with assault. According to the complaint, on Saturday, Oct. 8 the defendant was driving on WV38. He passed two vehicles and traveled to the intersection of WV38 and WV72. He stopped his vehicle in the roadway and approached a vehicle with occupants Ryan Michael George and Jenna Marie White. He was allegedly yelling, cursing and threatening the occupants with bodily injury. He attempted to gain entry to the vehicle and began to beat on the driver side glass. He told the occupants to exit the vehicle numerous times and he was going to hurt them. Ms. White opened her door and asked the defendant to stop. She tossed a coffee mug at him and missed. He picked up the mug and allegedly began to slam the mug into the hood of the car, creating large dents in the hood. He moved back to the driver’s side door, still cursing and beating on the window. At this time George drove away. Officers obtained photographs of the damage to the car and estimate of damage in the amount of $1,285.55. Cpl. D.W. Burge obtained a driver history for Lipscomb and found that he has a suspended license, effective dates Sept. 1, 2016 and Sept. 27, 2016 for unpaid citations. A property/surety bond of $1,500 was posted and a court hearing is scheduled for Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
Jesse Derick Suesli, Hambleton, was charged with conspiracy. The complaint states that on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015 Deputy C.R. Donelson and Deputy C.A. Teter of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department met with a Confidential Informant in reference to a controlled purchase. CI stated he could buy ten clonazepam pills, a schedule IV controlled substance, off of Staci Diane Smith, for $3 a pill totaling $30. The CI stated he contacted the defendant, Jesse Suesli, via text message and inquired if he had any pills. CI stated that he said he had ten pills. At approximately 7:45 p.m. the CI traveled to the residence of Suesli and Smith and met with said subjects. The CI states that he allegedly handed Smith $30 and she handed him ten clonazepam pills. He states that Suesli was on the couch watching TV. Suesli posted a $10,000 property/surety bond and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 11 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
Britni Mikkel Ball, Parsons was charged with delivery of a controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver and child neglect creating risk of injury. The complaint states that on Saturday, April 16, 2016 Deputy C.R. Donelson of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department and TFC J.J. Schmidle of the West Virginia State Police met with a Confidential Informant who stated he could purchase one Suboxone strip for $25 from the defendant, Britni Ball. At approximately 9:25 p.m. the CI met with the defendant at the back yard of her residence and completed the transaction. The CI stated he allegedly received one Soboxone strip packaged in a receipt and observed the defendant to be accompanied by a child during the transaction. The transaction was digitally recorded. A property/Surety bond of $15,000 was posted and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 2 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Britni Mikkel Ball, Parsons, was charged with conspiracy. According to the criminal complaint, on Sunday, April 24 Deputy C.R. Donelson of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department met with a CI who stated he could purchase one Suboxone strip for $25 from Mitchell Adams. The CI stated that he contacted the defendant, Britni Ball, who advised him that she would have the defendant meet him. The CI stated that the Suboxone was the defendant’s prescription. The CI then contacted Adams and made arrangements to meet and purchase the Suboxone. At approximately 8:37 p.m. the CI met Adams behind Subway located in Parsons and completed the transaction. The CI stated that he received one Suboxone strip packaged in a receipt. The transaction was digitally recorded. A property/surety bond of $15,000 was posted and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 2 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Mitchell Corey Adams, Parsons, was charged with conspiracy; delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. The complaint states that on Sunday, April 24, 2016 Deputy C.R. Donelson of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department met with a CI who stated he could purchase one Suboxone strip for $25 from the defendant, Mitchell Adams. The CI stated that he contacted Britni Ball, who advised him that she would have the defendant meet him. The CI stated that the Suboxone was Britni Ball’s prescription. The CI then contacted the defendant and made arrangements to meet and purchase Suboxone. At approximately 8:37 p.m. CI met with the defendant behind Subway in Parsons and completed the transaction. CI stated that he received one Suboxone strip packaged in a receipt. The transaction was digitally recorded. A $15,000 bond was not entered and a property/surety bond of $12,000 was posted. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Jonathan Charles Lambert, Parsons, has been charged with sexual assault first degree. The complaint states that a six year old male was allegedly sexually assaulted. The child reported the incident to a teacher and the Child Advocacy Center was contacted. A cash bond of $25,000 was not posted and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.

Gray verses Jones: The court found in favor of Carolyn Gray against Stephanie and Tommy Long in the amount of $3,118.38 plus $120 court costs. This case was heard on Oct. 20 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
