Nicole Hall The defendant was not present and a hearing was rescheduled for Jan. 16, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. Case was heard by Judge Lynn A. Nelson.
John Morton On Dec. 13, before Judge Lynn A. Nelson, Morton entered a plea of Guilty to the felony of Second Degree Robbery and the misdemeanor offense of Assault being a lesser included offense of Count one and Count Three as charged in the indictment. If sentences run consecutively, Morton could face from 5-1/2 to 18-1/2 years in a state correction facility.
