- Brandon K. Akers: For Unlawful injury to or destruction of property which occurred on April 16, 2013. A PR bon of $1,000 was posted and a status hearing before Magistrate Riley H. Barb is set for Jan. 21 at 10 a.m.
- Chris Cussins: For DUI with a PR bond of $500 posted. A motion hearing is set for Jan. 21 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
