David Close: was charged with Malicious Wounding and a Preliminary hearing was waived on Jan 17. He posted a Property/Surety bond of $50,000.
Katherine A. Russell, of Davis, was charged with Speeding and Expired registration on Nov. 12. 2013. She pled Not Guilty on Dec. 9, 2013 and a court hearing is set for Feb. 4 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Terry Wayne Michaels was charged with DUI; Interference with officers, giving false information on Oct. 6, 2013. He posted a $1,500 PR bond and a Continuance is scheduled for Feb. 4 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Kerry Gross, of Thomas, was charged with Driving while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 14, 2013. He pled Not Guilty on Dec. 16, 2013 and a court hearing is scheduled for Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
