The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

James Griffith, Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Everett E. Mulkeen, Independence, was cited for no MVI sticker by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Lindsay B. Herron, Thomas, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Jared N. Johnson, Dry Fork, was cited for sell of alcohol to underage by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Joshua A. Moats, Parsons, was cited for uncased bow in Park by SNRPO D.B. McFarlan.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.

Evan Shahan, Eglon, was cited for no proof of insurance by Cpl. J.E. Kopec.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Josiah R. Hunter, Catharpen, Va. was cited for speeding (79-65) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Paramasivan Kumaraswamy, Land O Lakes, Fla. was cited for speeding (91-65) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Aghieszka Rynkiewicx, Paramus, NJ was cited for speeding (59-55) by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Julie E. Grinberg, Gaithersburg, Md. was cited for speeding (79-65) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Riley B. Harnick, Rockingham, Va. was cited for speeding (59-55) by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Nathan T. Newbraugh, Morgantown, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Natarajan Suseendran, Ashburn, Va. was cited for speeding (91-65) and no proof of registration by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $14.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Aaron M. Snoberger, Philadelphia, Pa. was cited for speeding (69-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Jeanette A. Gordon, Morgantown was cited for failure to obey traffic control device by Cpl. J.E. Kopec.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

Jeremy Dale Lower, Parsons, was charged with one count Domestic Battery. According to the complaint, on Tuesday, Dec. 25, Sgt. C.D. Siler was called to respond to the report of a Domestic Battery complaint at 204 Merrill St., in Parsons.  Upon his arrival he spoke with Deanna Dawn Waybright who informed him that she and her boyfriend, Jeremy Dale Lower, were in a verbal argument in the bedroom.  He jumped up and shoved his forearm against her throat and shoved her down against the bed until she fell off the bed from him pushing her.  She stated it caused an extreme amount of pain and had cut her air off momentarily.  She stated they separated and she called the police.  When Siler spoke with Lower he stated he did not want to say anything without a lawyer.  He posted a $500 PR bond and a compliance hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5 at 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.

Tina Marie Jones, Davis, was charged with one count shoplifting.  A Bench Trial is scheduled for Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

State of West Virginia verses John Daniel Emerson, Winston Salem, NC, received judgment of Dismissed-plea agreement for five counts Violation DVPO.  It was Dismissed without prejudice.  This case was heard on Dec. 19 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

State of West Virginia verses Katie Marie Phillips, Parsons, received judgment of preliminary hearing waived for one felony count Shoplifting 3rd offence.  The case was bound over to The Tucker County Circuit Court.

State of West Virginia verses Jason Allen Adkins, Hendricks, received judgment of preliminary hearing waived for one felony count failure to appear.  This case was bound over to The Tucker County Circuit Court.

Knicely verses Dibartilomeo:  On Jan. 3 in this case the court granted judgment in favor of Orpha Knicely against Trenton R. Dibartolomeo in the amount of $2,407.42 plus $95 court cost.

Credit Acceptance Corporation verses Jolly:  On Dec. 27 in this case the court granted judgment in favor of Credit Acceptance Corporation against David C. Jolly and Jessica E. Jolly in the amount of $4,901.76 plus $120 court cost.

State of West Virginia verses John Daniel Emerson: He received judgment of Guilty-plea agreement for one count Misdemeanor offenses for violation of protective order, repeat offenses.  He was assessed fines of $250, court cost of $165.25, 60 days jail time with 35 days time served.
