The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Franklin B. Riley, Tunnelton, was cited for road side weapon sale by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
- Gillian T. Barton-Helmick, Horner, was cited for driving suspended 2nd by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
- Gregory A. Jarvis, Buhl, Idaho, was cited for possession of marijuana (15 grams) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
- Tina M. Hull, Davis, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Jeffrey D. Cain, Clarksburg, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

- Loraine Fairchild, Davis, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Carissa L. Sietsema, Williamson, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Benjamin S. Nelson, Thomas, was cited for no proof of insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Best of Canaan verses Naugle: On April 18 the court found in favor of Best of Canaan against Lindsey Naugle in the amount of $2,234 plus $120 court cost. Premises must be vacated.
- State of West Virginia verses Morgan Lynn Parsons: Hambleton, received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count Interference with officers; false information. Cost and fees of $165.25 were assessed and time served of seven days was credited. This case was heard on April 23 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- State of West Virginia verses Kandice Lee Sponaugle: She received judgment of no contest plea for two counts making, issuing, worthless checks. She was assessed fines of $2; cost and fees of $380.50 and must make restitution of $150. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
