The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Silas W. Pancake, New Creek, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Robert D. Nestor, Parsons, was cited for expired registration and no proof of insurance by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Olivia S. Goff, Hambleton, was cited for speeding (65-55) and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Lora Ann Bohon, Parsons, was charged with improper passing (school bus) near Mountain Valley Bank in Parsons. A Bench Trial is scheduled for July 2 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Jeremy Shane Miller, Aurora, was charge with one count DUI. According to the complaint on Friday, April 26 at approximately 9:10 p.m. Cpl. D.W. Burge was conducting road patrol on WV32 when he observed a Subaru Forester with expired license. A traffic stop was initiated and the defendant was the driver. The odor of alcohol was allegedly observed on his breath and he had slurred speech. When he exited the vehicle he was unsteady on his feet and when asked if he had drunk any alcoholic beverages he allegedly replied that he had drank four or five beers earlier in the day. He failed all field sobriety tests, was arrested and transported to the Parsons Police Department. WV Implied Consent was read and signed by Miller. Burge waited 20 minutes and initiated secondary breath test which was failed with .133 BAC registering. A PR bond of $1,100 was posted and a court hearing is scheduled for June 14 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.

- State of West Virginia verses Jason Franklin Brickles: Kerens, received judgment of Motion by the Prosecuting Attorney to dismiss – Granted by the Magistrate – No fees charged on the case for two counts Domestic Battery. The case was dismi9ssed without prejudice. This case was heard on April 30 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Bolyard: On April 26 the court granted judgment of Dismissed against Justin Michael Bolyard as parties have settled.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Fulton: On April 26 the court granted judgment of Dismissed against Patricia Susan Fulton as parties have settled.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Helmick: On April 26 the court granted judgment of Dismissed against Lynette Kay Helmick. The account was paid in full.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Pugh: On April 26 the court granted judgment of Dismissed against Tyler Monroe Pugh. The account was paid in full.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Smith: On April 30 the court found in favor of St. George Medical Clinic against Dawn Smith in the amount of $283.70 plus $75 court cost.

- St. George Medical Clinic verses Russell: On May 2 the court granted judgment of Dismissed against Wendy Russell as parties have settled.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Evans: On May 1 the court granted judgment of Dismissed against Brian T. Evans. The account was paid in full.
- State of West Virginia verses Cheyenne Skylia White of Hambleton, received judgment of guilty verdict for one count overtaking and passing school bus which occurred on March 19. She was assessed cost and fees of $165.25 and a 14 day jail term was suspended.
