The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Jacob A. Baker, Point Pleasant, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Anna M. Robinson, Clarksburg, was cited for expire registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Tracey R. Crosten, Parsons, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Kenzi M. Pitzer, Hambleton, was cited for sell of alcohol underage by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $10 and court cost of $165.25.
Oscar A. Thompson, Petersburg, was cited for failure to obey traffic control by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Trevor Allen Roy, Davis, was charged with one count Domestic Battery. According to the complaint, on Sunday, June 2 at approximately 2:14 a.m. Cpl. B.T. Zirk of the Tucker County sheriff’s Office and Cpl. D.W. Burge of the West Virginia State Police along with Tucker County EMS were dispatched to 224 Laneville Road for a domestic battery complaint. Upon arrival the officer met and spoke with the victim (Cheyenne Davis). She provided Zirk with a hand written and signed statement. She stated the suspect (Trevor Roy, boyfriend) started allegedly yelling at her stating she was cheating on him with his dad. She stated she wanted to leave and he picked her up and took her to the living room where there is a front and rear door. She said he stepped out the front door and she ran out the rear door. She said she ran through the woods and made it back to the road and continued to the church while he was allegedly chasing her. She said he caught up to her, picked her up and threw her to the ground, allegedly choked her and bit her on the head. She said he allegedly tried to drag her back to the house. She said her grandmother drove up and picked her up, took her to the grandmother’s home and dialed 911. A $5,000 cash bond was not posted.
Katie Marie Phillips, Parsons, was charged with two counts of Truancy. The complaints state that she did fail to cause two juveniles to regularly attend Tucker County Elementary Middle School for 17 full unexcused days. She posted a $100 PR bond.
Tammy Lynn Hedrick, Parsons, was charged with one count of Truancy. The complaint states that she did fail to cause a juvenile to regularly attend Tucker County High School for eight full unexcused days and ten half unexcused days. She posted a $50 PR bond.
Michelle Godfrey, Hambleton, was charged with one count of Truancy. The complaint states that she did fail to cause a juvenile to regularly attend Tucker County High School for 16 full unexcused days. She posted a $50 PR bond.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Marano verses Perkins: The court ordered in favor of Pat Marano against Brian Perkins in the amount of $1,300 plus $85 court cost. This case was heard on May 31 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Paul Allen Jennings: He received judgment of Guilty-plea agreement for one count misdemeanor offenses for violation of protective order. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25 and credit for time served of two days. This case was heard on May 28 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
