- Philip K. Carselowey, Wichita KS, was cited for following too closely by Trooper C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.
Casey A. Sites, Cabins, was cited for loaded rifle in vehicle by WVDNR. He was assessed fines of$20 and court cost of $175.25. - Jessica L. Albert, Germantown, Md. was cited for driving suspended by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $175.25.
- Aaron R. Dull, Elkins, was cited for no proof of insurance by Cpl. B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $200 and court cost of $175.25.
- Masood Sayed, Dallas, TX, was cited for improper turn by Cpl. B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Katelyn J. Surguy, Kerens, was charged with one count of Possession of marijuana less than 15g. A court hearing is scheduled for Feb. 6, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
- Robert Lewis McBee, Weirton, was charged with one count loaded rifle in motor vehicle. A court hearing is scheduled for Feb. 6, 2020 before Magistrate William M. Miller.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- State of West Virginia verses Adam Goss, Belington, received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count Domestic Battery which occurred on Oct. 16, 2018. He was assessed fines of $100, court cost of $175.25 and received credit for two days served.
State of West Virginia verses Kristen Carlea Nine, Elkins, received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count petit larceny which occurred on Oct. 27, 2018. She was assessed court cost of $175.25, a suspended jail term of six months and must report to Tucker County Community corrections for six months.
