The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

John Wesley Johnson Jr., Keyser, was cited for speeding (55-45) and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled guilty to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Linda S. Gallihue, Thomas, was cited for sell of alcohol to underage person by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
Charles T. Williams, Ashburn, Va., was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Phyllis M. Boggs, Weston, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Matthew H. Fourqurean, Washington, DC, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. 3He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Eric L. Phillips, Romney, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Cinteen Minerva, Dale City, Va., was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
John R. Cousin, Davis, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Adam S. Kline, Winchester, Va. was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
Shelley R. Mongold, Maysville, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
Joseph H. Schackart IV, Blue Creek, Ohio, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He led no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Vincent A. Wolford, Fulks Run, Va. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
David L. Lemon, Keyser, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and Court Cost of $165.25.

The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Tiffany N. Henline, Parsons, was charged with Shoplifting 3rd offense. The complaint states that on July 21, the defendant entered the Dollar General Store in Parsons, and allegedly stole at least two back packs with contents. The defendant was observed on video leaving the store with the items. After running a check, this is the defendant’s third offense of shoplifting. The first conviction was in Randolph County on Oct 10, 2015 when a guilty plea was assessed and the second conviction was in Upshur County on March 24 and was found guilty and assessed fine and jail time. The value of the items stole this date was less than $500. A cash bond of $1,000 was not entered and a court date is set for Aug. 3 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Tucker County Board of Education verses Pennington: Dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(b) against Kelly Pennington. The defendant has filed no answer and the plaintiff has not moved for default judgment. This case was ordered and adjudged on July 21 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
Miners & Merchants Bank verses Kight: On July 21 in this case, the court granted judgment of Dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(a) against Brian A. Kight Sr. Service of the summons and complaint has not been made upon the defendant. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
St. George Medical Clinic verses Schoen: On July 21 in this case, the court granted judgment of Dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(a) against Steven Schoen. Service of the summons and complaint has not been made upon the defendant. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
St. George Medical Clinic verses Wolford: On July 21 in this case, the court granted judgment of Dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(a) against Hobert Wolford. Service of the summons and complaint has not been made upon the defendant. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
St. George Medical Clinic verses Cowie: On July 21 in this case, the court granted judgment of Dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(a) against Julia Cowie. Service of the summons and complaint has not been made upon the defendant. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital verses Hebb: The court ruled in favor of the hospital against Daniel R. Hebb. He must pay $960.25 plus $75 court cost. This case was heard on July 21 by Magistrate William M. Miller
Schmitt verses Lipscomb: The court ruled in favor of the Susan A. Schmitt, MD against Matthew Logan Lipscomb. He must pay $663.18 plus $80 court cost. This case was heard July 25 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Toni W. Assali, Parsons, received a No Contest Plea for one count making, issuing worthless checks on Jan. 1. He must pay cost and fees of $190.25 and restitution of $142.19. This case was heard on July 18 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Donna A. Boyles: Parsons, received a No contest Plea for one count Permitting unauthorized person to drive which occurred on Oct. 22, 2015. She must pay a fine of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25. She also received a judgment of Dismissed by Mag-State-No fee for one count Permitting unauthorized person to drive which occurred on Sept. 28, 2015. These cases were heard on July 22 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
