The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Kenneth J. Camava, Maplewood, NJ, was cited for passing in no passing zone by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Christopher J. Blevins, Centreville, Va. was cited for speeding (50-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Tasha N. Foster, Fredericksville, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Priscila Favalessa, Durham, NC was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Ashlee N. Hiffines, Greensboro, NC, was cited for failure to stop (sign) by Chief W.D. Rowe. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Craig M. Hosmer, Canisteo, NY, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Brent A. Markwood, San Franscisco, Calif. was cited for speeding (69-65) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Richard I. McPartland, Littlestown, Pa. was cited for speeding (58-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Robert S. Cronin, Newark, DE, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Carol E. Lupinos, Glen Burnie, Md. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
James A. Thompson Jr., Parsons, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Sarah A. Harper, Hendricks, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Caleb A. Watson, Elkins, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl., D.W. Burge. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
Barry L. Thomas, Spotsylvania, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Peggy Sue Heckler, Kerens, was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny. According to the criminal complaint on Tuesday, July 27 Deputy C.R. Donelson contacted Doug Smith, owner of Mt. Top Convenience Store, in reference to an individual driving off with paying for gas. Smith stated that on Sunday, July 24 at approximately 2:42 p.m. the defendant, Peggy Heckler, pulled up to gas pump #4 and put $38.01 worth of gas into her vehicle and allegedly left without coming into the store and paying for it. Again on Wednesday, Aug. 10 at approximately 1:16 p.m. the defendant pulled up to gas pump #2 and put $36 worth of gas into her vehicle and allegedly left without paying. Surveillance video of both incidents confirming Smith’s statement was obtained. She has a property/surety bond of $5,000 that has not been entered.
Amy Michelle Jones, Parsons, was charged with Fail to Register as Sex Offender. The complaint states that on Friday, July 1, 2016 to Saturday, July 30, 2016 Amy Michelle Jones, a sex offender living in Tucker County was required by State Law to register as a sex offender in the month of her birth being July, of each year. On Tuesday, Aug. 23 Cpl. D.W. Burge observed that Jones failed to register her annual Sex Offender Registration in Tucker County as required by West Virginia Law, and being in violation of State Code 15-13-7a. She posted a $1,000 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

State of West Virginia verses Katharine West Parker, Bowden, received judgment of no contest per plea agreement for one count of Notice of change of address or name with a violation date of Feb. 1. She was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. She also received judgment of Dismissed-plea agreement for one count driving too fast for roadway conditions which occurred on Feb. 1.
State of West Virginia verses David Jones, New Martinsville, received judgment of no contest plea for one count speed limitations which occurred on July 3. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
State of West Virginia verses William Jack Plum, Hambleton, received judgment of dismissed by Mag-State-No fee for one count driving while licenses suspended or revoked which occurred on July 27. This case was ordered and adjudged on Aug. 23 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
Simmons verses Jones: This case was found in favor of Charles David Simmons against Brian Keith Jones in the amount of $3,500 plus $95 court cost. This case was ordered and adjudged on Aug. 22 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
