The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Michael L. Sisler, Terra Alta, was cited for no proof if insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Jeffrey A. Jones, Parsons, was cited for left of center by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
David W. Springston, Springfield, Va. was cited for speeding (60-55) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Joseph Braun, Great Cacapon, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Forrest L. Cash, Hamilton, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Paul R. Polen, Edgewater, Md. was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Avi. Z. Zenilman, Baltimore, Md. was cited for speeding (49-45) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Robert T. Dunlap, Waverly, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. A second charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
Linda J. Bragg, Baker, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Philip K. Soergel, Manassas, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Dawn P. Smith, Knoxville, Tenn., was cited for cell phone use by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $100.
Christopher M. Roger, Millersville, Md., was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Christopher L. Montgomery, Martinsburg, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Dominique Heinke, Cambridge, MA., was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
William E. Gover, Baltimore, Md., was cited for speeding (59-55) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Destry S. Poling, Parsons, was cited for striking unattended vehicle by Deputy C.A. Teter. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following case was ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Roth verses Dishman: The court found in favor of Lisa D. Roth against Joshua Casey Dishman in the amount of $3,600 plus $95 court cost. The defendant is to vacate premises by Sept. 30. This case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
