The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Alexandra A. Elbon, Elkins, was cited for speeding (59-55) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Stephen C. Getz, Salem, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Brian A. Kight, Eglon, was cited for improper registration and no insurance by Deputy C.A. Teter. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $204.75 and court cost of $330.50.
Coleman J. Butta, Newburg, was cited for no seatbelt and no proof of insurance by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Lindsey R. Ricketts, Moorefield, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Charles J. Helmick, Buckhannon, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $200.
The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
David Joseph Crouch, Parsons, was charged with one felony count of Distribution of Marijuana. The complaint states that on Dec. 28 the defendant sold four grams of marijuana to a juvenile in the parking lot of McDonalds in Parsons. The father of the juvenile was driving by said place and observed the juvenile’s truck in the parking lot with the passenger side door open. He allegedly pulled into an adjacent parking lot and observed the defendant get out of the juvenile’s truck. The father walked over to the truck where he found his son with a small bag of marijuana in his lap. The father brought the juvenile and bag of marijuana to the office of Sgt. C.D. Siler at the Parsons Detachment of the West Virginia State Police where he obtained a statement from the juvenile. The juvenile allegedly stated that he paid the defendant $40 for the bag of marijuana on said date and that he has made several purchases of marijuana off of the defendant in the past. He is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail under a $15,000 cash only bond.

State of West Virginia verses Brian A. Kight: He received judgment of no contest plea for one count making, issuing; worthless checks that occurred on Nov. 26. He was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and must pay restitution of $32.92. This case was heard on Dec. 28 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Brian A. Kight: He received judgment of no contest plea for one count making, issuing; worthless checks that occurred on Sept. 8, 2013. He was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and must pay restitution of $46.40. This case was heard on Aug. 19 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Brian A. Kight: He received judgment of no contest plea for one count making, issuing; worthless checks that occurred on Sept. 7, 2013. He was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and must pay restitution of $21.90. This case was heard on Aug. 19 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Dexter A. Moore: Ft. Washington, Md., received judgment of probable cause found for one count counterfeiting which occurred on Dec. 20. This case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court. The case was heard on Dec. 28 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
St. George Clinic verses Sammons: The court found in favor of St. George Clinic in the amount of $658.72 plus court cost of $80 against Johnny Sammons. This case was heard on Dec. 27 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
St. George Clinic verses Dumire: The court found in favor of St. George Clinic in the amount of $61 plus $75 court cost against Amie Dumire. This case was heard on Dec. 22 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses David J. Crouch: He received judgment of guilty plea for one count tampering with pipes, tubes, wires or electrical conductors which occurred on Sept. 21. He was assessed fines of $20 and cost and fees of $165.25 plus must pay restitution of $306.53 to the City of Parsons. This case was heard on Dec. 13 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Edward M. Kennard: He received judgment of guilty plea agreement for one count DUI with an alcohol concentration in blood less that .15 which occurred on Sept. 21. He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $240.25. Motion by State to reduce to DUI First was granted. This case was heard on Dec. 8 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
