The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Carl F. Hearn, Calrisle, Pa., was cited for speeding (67-45) and no operators by Sgt. C.D.Siler. He pled no contest on both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
- Jeffrey A. Kint, Marianne, Pa., was cited for cell phone use by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $100.
- William A. Ratcliffe, St. Albans, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Scott D. Wood, Charleston, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Richard Daniel Lehman, Franklin, received judgment of no contest plea for one count Additional Powers (Regulatory Violations) Property damage which occurred on June 3. He received Community Service for DNR; fine was waived and must pay court costs of $165.25. The case was ordered and adjudged on Thursday, Oct. 8 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
The following civil cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Frymyer verses Morgan Auto Parts II, Inc.: Court found in favor of Steve Frymyer in the amount of $200 plus court fees of $80. The case was ordered and adjudged on Wednesday, Oct. 7 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- City of Parsons verses Betler: Case was dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(b) against Karen M. Betler. The defendant has filed no answer and the plaintiff has not moved for default judgment. The case was heard on Wednesday, Oct. 7 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- City of Parsons verses Evans: Case was dismissed Pursuant to Rule 15(b) against Shauna Evans. Service of the summons and complaint has not been made upon the defendant. The case was heard on Wednesday, Oct. 7 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- City of Parsons verses Arman: Court found in favor of the City of parsons against Stephanie M. Armen in the amount of $156.34 plus court cost of $75. The case was heard on Thursday Oct. 8 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- City of Parsons verses Lipscomb: Court found in favor of City of Parsons against Matthew L. Lipscomb in the amount of $137.53 plus court cost of $75. The case was heard on Thursday Oct. 8 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
