The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- James A. Lewis, Parsons, was cited for no MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Brandon J. Conrad, Dry Fork, was cited for speeding (64-55) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Joshua J. Ebaugh, Dry Fork, was cited for driving suspended by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.

- Jared W. Roy, Parsons, was cited for no MVI sticker and improper registration plate by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $331.50.
- Susan L. Marks, Parsons, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Christopher M. Tongberg, Chevy Chase, Md. was cited for speeding (35-25) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Jonathan Gennantonio, Thomas was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Deanna Waybright, Parsons, was charged with one count of Truancy. The complaint states that the defendant did fail to cause a juvenile to attend classes at Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School. The student accumulated fourteen full unexcused days. A PR bond of $100 was posted and a Bench Trial is scheduled for July 19 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- James French Spalding, Thomas, was charged with Driving Suspended 3rdoffense and no insurance. The complaint states that on Sunday, May 27 at approximately 2:20 a.m. Cpl. D.W. Burge observed a Ford van traveling south on WV32 in Thomas. He identified the driver, James French Spalding, from a previous traffic stop, and ad prior knowledge that the vehicle was illegal with no insurance, a cracked windshield, defective exhaust, no working tail lights and the defendant was allegedly driving on a suspended driver license issued by Indiana. Burge initiated a traffic stop and asked the defendant for his driver’s license, insurance and registration. The defendant allegedly advised that the van was not legal, he had no insurance and his license was suspended. Burge asked him when he moved to West Virginia and the defendant advised he had moved to Thomas around the beginning of November 2017. Burge contacted Elkins Communications for a driver history on the defendant and information on the vehicle. He was advised that the defendant has a suspended driver’s license from Indiana with two convictions for driving on a suspended license and the registration on the vehicle was expired. He posted a $1,500 PR bond.

- St. George Medical Clinic verses Channell: On May 22 in this case the court granted Dismissed against David Allen Channell as the parties have settled. This case was heard on May 22 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- St George Dental Clinic verses Stemple: On May 30 in this case the court granted Dismissed against Jonathan A. Stemple as the parties have settled. This case was heard on May 30 By Magistrate William M. Miller.
- St. George Medical Clinic verses Carr: The court granted in favor of St. George Medical Clinic against Danny E. Carr in the amount of $45 plus $75 court cost. This case was heard on May 3 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- City of Parsons verses Keplinger: The court found in favor of City of Parsons against Justin R. Keplinger in the amount of $134.54 plus $75 court cost. This case was heard on May 10 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- Foster verses Yoakum Run Homeowners Association: On May 14 this case was dismissed against Yoakum Run Homeowners Association as the parties had settled. This case was heard on May 14 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- State of West Virginia verses Jeremy D. Lower, Parsons, judgment of Guilty plea-agreement for one count of written reports of accidents that occurred on April 2. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. This case was heard on May 17 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- State of West Virginia verses James Payden Michael, Parsons, judgment of Guilty-plea agreement for one count driving under the influence with an alcohol concentration in blood of greater than .15 second offense. He was assessed cost and fees of $220.25, jail for six months; home confinement for six months with Tucker County Community Corrections. This case was heard on May 17 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
