Libby M. Huff-Nestor, Moatsville, was cited for speeding and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Lukas D. Stevens, Parsons, was cited for speeding (69-65) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Angelo P. Borizzi, Mansfield, CT, was cited for speeding (74-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Ashlea B. Wolfe, Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Amanda I. Chambers, Parsons, was cited for expired registration and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Heath E. Eva, McLean, Va. was cited for speeding (34-25) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
James Payden Michael, Parsons, was charged with one count of Destruction of Property. The complaint states that on Monday, May, 28 at approximately 9:32 a.m. officers received a complaint through Tucker County 911 of a domestic issue. The victim, identified as Brittany Toth, met Deputy B.T. Zirk of the Tucker County Sheriff’s office and Cpl. D.W. Burge of the West Virginia State Police at the Tucker County Annex Building. She provided Zirk with a written statement where she stated she went to pick up her daughter from the defendant’s residence. She stated he allegedly started yelling at her, reaching over her and grabbing her phone. She said he allegedly put his arm across her chest and shoulder to hold her back against the seat, picked up her phone and smashed it by throwing it down in the vehicle. Officers traveled to the defendant’s residence and read Michael his Miranda Rights to which he stated he understood and signed. Zirk obtained a written statement from Michael stating he and Toth were allegedly arguing and she told him she was going to call the cops while he was putting their daughter in the car seat. He said he allegedly took her phone and his dad pulled him back and he tossed the phone up front. He posted a $500 PR bond.

St. George Medical Clinic verses Eldridge: On June 14 the court granted the case dismissed against Angela Eldridge as parties settled. This case was heard on June 14 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center verses Neely: On June 18 the court granted the case dismissed against Sandra Neely as parties settled. This case was heard on June 18 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
West Virginia University Hospital verses Jones: The court found in favor of West Virginia University Hospital against Debra Ann Jones in the amount of $6,603.22 plus $90 court cost. This case was heard on June 18 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Olive P. Kisamore: She pled no contest for one count making, issuing, worthless checks which occurred on April 27, 2017. She was assessed fines of $1, cost and fees of $190.25 and must make restitution of $64.91. This case was heard on June 18 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Rickey K. Shirley: He received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count DUI (Misdemeanor Bodily Injury) which occurred on July 28, 2017. He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $240.25. This case was heard on June 18 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb
