The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Ronald G. Tate II, Davis, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Eric L. Mullenax, Parsons, was cited for driving suspended and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.

The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Jeremy Edward Rexroad, Harman, was charged with one count Shoplifting First Offense. According to the complaint, on Wednesday, June 20 at approximately 7 a.m. First Sgt. K.L. Keplinger, of the West Virginia State Police, received notification of a shoplifting complaint from the Davis Shop-n-Save. Keplinger responded and spoke to the manager and that a shoplifting had occurred the previous evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. He stated that an individual later identified as the defendant came into the store and allegedly placed two boxes of cold medicine valued at $4.87 each into the back of his pants and left the store without paying for them. Surveillance tape was viewed by Keplinger and it showed the incident happen. A witness identified the defendant and observed the incident happen. The defendant was located at his home and admitted to the shoplifting. He posted a $100 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for Aug. 9 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.

State of West Virginia verses Jill Elaine Evick: She received judgment of Guilty-plea agreement for one count driving a vehicle while in an impaired state but with alcohol concentration of less than .15. This incident occurred on Feb. 12. She was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $240.25. This case was heard on June 21 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Jasper Wayne Snyder: He received judgment of Transfer to Tucker County Circuit Court for one count Unlawful taking of vehicle and one count obtaining goods by false pretenses which occurred on May 30. This case was heard on June 21 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Wilson Dale Armstrong: He received judgment of Dismissed-plea agreement for three counts misdemeanor offenses of violation of protective order. This case was transferred to Tucker Count Circuit Court. This case was heard on June 26 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Kristopher A. Speas: He received judgment of Preliminary hearing waived for one felony count failure to register or provide notice of registration changes. This case was bound over to Tucker County Circuit Court. This case was heard on June 26 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Jasper Wayne Snyder: He received judgment of Preliminary hearing waived for one count on entry of building other than dwelling. This case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court and was heard on June 21 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Supply & Labor LLC verses Stewart: This case was dismissed on June 21 against Steve Stewart as both parties settled. The case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Harman verses Spalding: On June 22 the court granted judgment in favor of Judy Harman against Amanda and James French Spalding in the amount of $739 plus $105 court cost and must vacate premises. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
Canfield verses Maxson: On June 22 the court found in favor of Julia R. Canfield against Arvita D. Maxson in the amount of $1,700 plus $85 court cost. This case was heard by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Hannah J. Ward Adkins: She received a Guilty plea for two counts of making, issuing, worthless checks. She was assessed fines of $2 and court cost of $380.50 and must make restitution of $144.54. This case was heard on June 28 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Jason Adkins: He received a Guilty plea for two counts of making, issuing, worthless checks. He was assessed fines of $2 and court cost of $380.50 and must make restitution of $117.15. This case was heard on June 28 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Wilson Dale Armstrong: He received judgment of Guilty-plea agreement for one count unlawful injury to or destruction of property and one count Domestic battery or Domestic Assault.
