- Jeffrey D. Hebb, Jr., Thomas was cited for speeding (60-45) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Delton D. Rhoades, Hambleton, was cited for no child restraint and no seatbelt by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $35 and court cost of $165.25.
- Thomas S. Eye, Thomas, was cited for speeding (64-55) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
- Joseph Johnson, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Eric Palmer, Winchester, Va., was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Shannon R. McCauley, Elkins, was cited for failure to use due care by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Wilson P. Angamarea, Astoria, NY, was cited for impeding traffic by Chief Deputy E.C. Surguy. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- David A. Clevenger, West Milford, was cited for speeding (59-45) and no passing zone; construction zone. He was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
- Michael C. Steyer, Remington, Va., was cited for speeding by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Trey A. Beason, Grantsville, Md., was cited for speeding (77-55) and no operators in possession by Cpl. M.A. Roy. He was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
The following criminal complaint was filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Ashleigh B. Darlington, Parsons, was charged with violation of temporary Personal Safety Order. According to the criminal complaint, on Thursday, April 2 the defendant allegedly violated a temporary personal safety order petitioned by Jessica Phillips on November 19, 2014. The order states that Darlington shall stay away from the place of employment, school and residence of Phillips. According to witnesses, the defendant arrived at Performance Motors in Parsons and allegedly used profane language while making statements which acknowledged her knowing that she could get into legal trouble for her current actions. She was at the establishment for no longer than a few minutes before being escorted off the premises. Miss Phillips was not at the establishment when this incident occurred.
