The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

  • Charles D. Pauza of Baltimore, Md. was cited for Speeding (41-25) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Seth Andrew Pifer of Hambleton was cited for No proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. Proof was shown and charge was dismissed.
  • Cheryl A. Paugh of Fairmont was cited for Expired operators by Dep. C.A. Teter. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.
  • Donald W. Nelan of Elkins was cited for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Osman Ferruh Saygi of Richmond, Va. was cited for Failure to obey traffic control devices by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Tammy Kay Miller of Montrose was cited for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Matthew C. Schmilt of Pittsburgh, Pa. was cited for Speeding (54-45) by Kenneth L. Fink. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Jason Jee Smidle of Pittsburgh, Pa. was cited for Speeding (64-55) by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

 

The following cases were heard in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

  • Barbara Jo Card was charged with Driving while license suspended or revoked on January 19. She entered a not guilty plea on January 21. Case was dismissed by Magistrate-State on January 28. Case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • Barbara Jo Card was charged with No vehicle insurance on January 19 and a not guilty plea was entered on January 21. A court hearing is scheduled for February 19 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • Barbara Jo Card was charged with Failure to maintain control and Driving to fast for road conditions on January 19. She pled not guilty to both charges on January 21.
