The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- William M. Downs, Ashland, OR, was cited for conspiracy to violate Chapter 20 by Jack E. Fayak. He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
- John Tyler Armstrong, Philippi, was cited for hunting without permission by T.L. Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
- Billy J. Isenhart, Montrose, was cited for conspiracy to violate Chapter 20 by T.L. Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
- Margaret Y. Rubin, Washington, DC, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kevin Loyd, Fairfax, Va., was cited for no parking by D.B. McFarlan. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Edgar E. Agueta, Glendale, AZ, was cited for failure to obey traffic control device by Trooper J.E. Kopec. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Isaac D. Moore, Hambleton, was cited for failure to stop at stop sign by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kristen N. Coleman, Charleston, was cited for no seatbelt and no seatbelt child restraint by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $35 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kristen N. Coleman, Charleston, was cited for expired registration and cell phone use by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $104.75 and court cost $165.25.
- Kristen N. Coleman, Charleston, was cited for no insurance and no MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $204 and court cost of $330.50.
- Zachary E. Cooper, Dry Fork, was cited for two counts of failure to label traps by Adam Kuykendall. He was assessed fines of $40 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Andrew Derek Tennant, Parsons, was charged with Public Intoxication and Obstructing an Officer on Friday, Feb. 13. According to the criminal complaint, a 911 call came in about an intruder complaint on Maple Street in Hendricks. Trooper First Class J.E. Kopec arrived on scene and spoke with Amber Hinkle. She allegedly advised Kopec that the defendant was drunk and walked into her residence wanting a place to sleep. She stated she did not know it was him before calling police and was adamant about not wanting to press charges. While on scene the defendant allegedly became belligerent by not cooperating. Kopec told the defendant to stop when he started walking away and he did not. A rifle was found in the defendant’s van. He refused to blow into the P.B.T. and was arrested and transported to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail after being processed in the Parsons State Police Detachment. A $500 PR bond was posted.
- Britni Ball, Parsons, was charged with Driving while license suspended or Revoked on October 28, 2014. She pled not guilty on Feb. 17 and a court hearing is set for March 21 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Candice Marie Jordan, Beverly, was charged with Shoplifting third offense. The criminal complaint states that on Jan. 16 the accused attempted to conceal and remove merchandise from the Family Dollar store located in Parsons. Allegedly, the store manager confronted the accused and she removed two scarves from her purse and the left the store. The manager further advised that she had observed the accused take toothpaste and a toothbrush but was unable to get those items back before she left the store. The accused has two prior convictions for shoplifting in Randolph County. A $10,000 PR bond was posted and a prelim is scheduled for Feb. 26 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
