Timothy Paul Silk of Sterling, Va. was issued a citation for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $ 165.80
Tyler Jason Holstine of Mt. Storm received a citation for Improper Registration and No insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Tyler Jason Holstine of Mt. Storm received a citation for No MVI and No seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $29.20 and court cost of $165.80.
Howard Wesley Haggerty, Jr. of Rawlings, Md. was issued a citation for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Noah James Pyles of Gatesville, Md. received a citations for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Brandon Charles Shepelak of Centreville, Va. was issued a citation for Speeding (49-45) by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
David Welsh Macgregor of Arlington, Va. received a citation for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following cases have been heard in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Timothy Lee Jones, Jr. charged with DUI First offense pled No Contest and received fines of $100 and court cost of $276.41. He received a sentence of 24 hours in jail, credited with time already served and 10 days with Tucker County Community Corrections.
Cody Bulford pled guilty to the charge of Repeated phone calls. The fines were waived but he must pay court cost of $165.25. He received 10 days jail time which was suspended and six months to be served with Tucker County Community Corrections.
Twin City verses Rapp-Helmick Magistrate Riley H. Barb ruled that Twin City Chapel be awarded rent in the amount of $3,600, late fees of $180 and court cost of $170 totaling $3,950. In a counter claim entered by Gwen Rapp and Carol Helmick, Magistrate Barb awarded amounts of $850 for security deposit and $3,100 reimbursement for a fence, totaling $3.950.
James Ray Waybright has been bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court for charges of Sexual Assault First Degree.
Roy Cate, Andrew Anderegg and Timothy McKisic charges for hunting on the property of others, withholding information and obstructing officers were dismissed.

The following criminal complaint was filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Deedee Ann Loughrie of Newburg was charged with Driving Revoked for DUI by Dep. C.A. Teter. According to the criminal complaint, Teter stopped Loughrie for a registration lamp violation. When asked to see her driver’s license, she stated that they had been revoked for a DUI she had received previously. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Parsons Police Department then on to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. She was released on a $500 PR bond.
