- Christopher Shawn Bishoff, Parsons, was cited for speeding (59-55) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- John Leon Nestor, Parsons was cited for no seatbelt and no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty to first charge and was assessed fines of $25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.

- Michelle E. Pelfrey, Grant Town, was cited for no seatbelt and no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. She pled guilty to first charge and was assessed fines of $25. Second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following case has been Ordered and Adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Mark Myers, Morgantown, received judgment of guilty verdict for one count trespassing with a violation date of Nov. 26, 2014. Disposition trial type is a Bench Trial.
