The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

  • Yu Wang, South Riding, Va., was cited for speeding (54-45) by Trooper J.E. Kopec.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Adam Bliss Mayle, Philippi, was cited for failure to use due caution and no proof of insurance by Sr. Trooper J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  Second charged was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Sharyun Chen, Fairfax, Va., was cited for speeding (49-45) by Sr. Trooper J.M. Tallman.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Cory Bryant Dibartilomeo, Parsons, was cited for speeding (74-45) and no passing zone construction fine by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.

 

The following cases have been adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Wilson Dale Armstrong, Elkins, received judgment of No Contest per Plea Agreement for one count driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance.  (24 hour confinement). The violation date was Nov. 13, 2014.  He was assessed fines of $100 with cost and fees of $240.25.  He received a suspended jail term of six months plus one day-jail suspended, Day reporting Center for six months, plus one day in Randolph County to run concurrent with classes on alcohol and drug abuse.

 

 

The following cases have been assigned to magistrates in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Anthony E. Brayton, Davis, was charged with domestic battery, domestic assault, assault and two counts of battery on Government or Health Care Employee.  A cash bond of $2,000 was not entered.  He is being housed in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
  • Sierra K. Klepful, Grafton, was charged with shooting across road or near building or crowd, conspiracy to violate chapter (DNR), withholding information and obstructing officers on Dec. 12, 2014.  She pled not guilty on Jan. 21 and a court hearing is scheduled for March 24 at 10:15 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • John Charles Lucas, Thornton, was charged with conspiracy to violate chapter (DNR) on Dec. 12, 2014.  He pled not guilty on Jan. 21 and a court hearing is scheduled for March 24 at 10:15 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • Stanley Reed, Grafton, was charged with conspiracy to violate chapter (DNR) on Dec. 12, 2014.  He pled not guilty on Jan. 21 and a court hearing is scheduled for March 24 at 10:15 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • Michael T. Conner, Grafton, was charged with conspiracy to violate chapter (DNR) on Dec. 12, 2014.  He pled not guilty on Jan. 21 and a court hearing is scheduled for March 24 at 10:15 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.

 

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Anthony E. Brayton, Davis, has been charged with domestic battery, domestic assault and two counts assault on an officer.  According to the criminal complaint officers were called to an alleged domestic in progress located at 123 Ash Lodge in Davis.  When officers arrived on scene, Melissa Conner reported that the defendant allegedly got drunk, tore up the house and punched her twice.  When officers entered the residence, everything was smashed and debris scattered on the floor.  Brayton was read his rights and placed under arrest.  The defendant allegedly was very verbal toward the officers and threatened them numerous times.
  • Connie Sue Feather, was charged with shoplifting third offense.  According to the criminal complaint, the defendant was observed in Sheetz in Parsons placing items inside her jacket.  She exited the store without paying for items and was later confronted at her home by Trooper J.E. Kopec.  The incident was captured on the in store video camera.  Total cost of the items was $15.63 but with this being a third offense it makes this crime a felony.
