The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Robert Joseph Thomas of Davis was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. M.A. Roy. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- John Lewis Ford of Grafton was cited for No insurance by Sgt. J. L. Clay. Proof was shown and charge was dismissed. He was also cited for Driving suspended which he pled no contest to. He was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $164.50.
- Anna Maria Galiani of McLean, Va. was cited for Speeding (59-55) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Ivan Dickason Perlis of Dry Fork was cited for Speeding (29-25) by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Patricia Marie Wright-Volk of Ridgeley was cited for Speeding (55-45) and No insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. Proof of insurance was shown and charge was dismissed. She pled no contest to speeding and was assessed fines of $4.75 and curt cost of $165.25.
- Carolyn Sue Pritt of Mill Creek was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- David Joseph Crouch of Parsons was cited for Speeding (78-55) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.75. A charge of No insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
- Marci Suzanne Jones of Cummins, Ga. was cited for No proof of insurance by Cpl. M.A. Roy. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Roger Lee Wolford of Dry Fork was cited for Open burning of refuse by Terry Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

- Tammy Lenore Dumire of Davis received Judgment of guilty plea agreement for one count unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles; applicability of article to farm and road equipment. The date of violation was Dec. 7, 2013 and she was assessed fines of $4.75 and cost and fees of $165.25. Ordered and adjudged on Jan. 28 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
- Terry Wayne Michaels of Oakland, Md. received Judgment of guilty plea agreement for one count Driving under the influence of alcohol. The date of violation was Oct. 6, 2013 and he was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $240.25. He received credit for time served of 24 hours in jail. Michaels also received Judgment of guilty plea agreement for one count False information on same date. He was assessed fines of $25 and cost and fees of $165.25. - Barbara Auvil of Parsons received Judgment of guilty plea agreement for one count Making, issuing, worthless checks. The violation date was Sept. 21, 2013. She was assessed cost and fees of $215.25 and restitution of $176.82. Ordered and adjudged on Feb. 11 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
- Patrick Wayne Fladung of Hambleton received Judgment of guilty plea for one count Possession of Controlled Substance. The violation date was Feb. 22. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25 and received jail time of six months suspended. He must attend Community Service for one year. Ordered and adjudged on March 4 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
