The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

  • Darrian N. Rapp, Davis, was cited for cell phone use by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100.
  • Hunter B. McCourt, Parsons, was cited for speeding (68-55) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Joshua James Barkley, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Marcellous L. Shoulders, Beverly, was cited for bait deer restricted area and conspire to violate with Douglas Shoulders by T.L. Fluharty.  He was cited fines of $40 and court cost of $330. 50.
  • Doulgas H. Shoulders, Beverly, was cited for bait deer restricted area and conspire to violate with Lee Shoulders by T.L. Fluharty. He was cited fines of $40 and court cost of $330.50.
  • Dustin Summerfield, Beverly, was cited for bait deer restricted area and conspire to violate with Douglas Shoulders by T.L. Fluharty.  He was cited fines of $40 and court cost of $330. 50.
  • Jakob M. Pifer, Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He was assessed fines of $25.
  • Robert L. Grantz, Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • William R. Snyder, Morgantown, was cited for failure to maintain and no insurance by Chief Deputy E.C. Surguy.  He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of 204.75 and court cost of $330.50.
  • William R. Snyder, Morgantown, was cited for no registration by the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Garet M. Reall-Campbell, Oakland, Md., was cited for no registration and unsafe vehicle.  He was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
  • Brandon L. Bolinger, Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

 

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Wilson Dale Armstrong, Elkins, was charged with DUI Second offense; driving revoked for DUI; and possession of controlled substance.  According to the criminal complaint on Monday, Nov. 1 the defendant allegedly lost control of vehicle and traveled over an embankment on Government Road.  The defendant failed field sobriety tests.  Upon patting the defendant down for weapons, a pipe used for smoking marijuana was allegedly found in one pocket.  A small bag of marijuana was also found.  The defendant’s driver’s license had been revoked on July 25, 2007 in Randolph County.
  • Sara Davis, Parsons, was charged with failure to cause child to attend school.  According to the complaint her child had multiple unexcused absences in September and October plus multiple tardies in August, September and October.
  • Debra Thompson, Parsons, was charged with failure to cause child to attend school.  According to the complaint her child had multiple unexcused absences in September and October.
  • Kenneth Bott, Clarksburg, was charged with failure to pay hotel/motel tax second offense.  According to the criminal complaint, Bott has not submitted the required hotel/motel tax to the Sheriff of Tucker County totaling $4,110.14.
