- Aaron Paul Bailey, Montrose, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Kevin W. Ford, Cross Lanes, was cited for driving suspended, expired registration and no insurance by Chief Dep. D.J. Smith. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $304.20 and court cost of $497.40.
- Danielle T. Godwin, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Jennifer L. Oliver, Berkley Springs, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Timothy Allen Bolyars, Kingwood, was cited for speeding (64-55) and driving suspended by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $104.75 and court cost of $330.50.
- Roland F. O’toole, Jr., Magnolia, DE, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Steven Wayne Owens, Jr., Elkins, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal case has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Skyelar D. Carrico, Thomas, was charged with unlawful acts of persons; criminal penalties; domestic violence and grand and petit larceny. According to the criminal complaint, on Nov 6 the defendant was consuming nonintoxicating beer in the basement of 237 Quail Ridge Road, in Thomas, and also allegedly had in his possession a stolen speed limit sign. He allegedly committed domestic assault on his grandmother, Joyce Carrico, telling her he was going to hurt her and he was allegedly beating her vehicle as she was attempting to leave to get away from him.
The following case has been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Skyelar D. Carrico, Thomas, was charged with unlawful acts of persons, criminal penalties; domestic assault and petit larceny, all acts committed on Thursday, Nov. 6. He is under a $5,000 bond that was not entered. The case will be before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Tamara L. Ends, Parsons, received judgment of guilty plea on one count of making, issuing worthless checks violation date of Sept. 14. She was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and restitution of $20.27. Case was ordered and adjudged on Nov. 7 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
- Eric Mullenax, Parsons, received judgment of guilty plea on one count of making, issuing worthless checks violation date of May 27. He was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and restitution of $50. Case was ordered and adjudged on Nov. 6 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
