The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Stacy R. Ball, Davis, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Rebekah D. Simmons, Hambleton, was cited for no dog tax paid. She was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
Srikanth Yerram, Morrisville, NC was cited for speeding (75-65) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
Phyllis J. Baxter, Elkins, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Nicole D. Keeler, Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Brandon L. Bolinger, Hambleton, was cited for speeding (64-55) and driving suspended by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $104.75 and court cost of $330.50.
Christina M. Davis, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Kimberly Dawn Dillsworth, Davis, was charged with two counts of Domestic Battery. According to the complaint, Sgt. C.D. Siler, of the West Virginia state Police, responded to a report of a Domestic Violence at the address of 439 Thomas Ave. in Davis. It was reported that the defendant allegedly had a pair of scissors and was threatening other members of the household. Upon arrival, Siler spoke with the victims, Brian A. Craft and Mary Lou Crowl. He obtained statements from both victims who allegedly stated that the defendant was intoxicated and began beating on, scratching and biting Craft. When Crowl, who is 80 years old, tried to stop the fighting, the defendant allegedly shoved her, almost causing her to fall. The defendant bit Craft’s right index finger almost biting off the end of his finger. She is under a $1,000 property/surety bond that was not entered.
Tammy Lynn (Nelson) Mook, Dry Fork, was charged with Burglary. According to the complaint in the early morning hours of July 28, Tammy Lynn (Nelson) Mook and Jessica Nicole Bryan arrived at Timberline Four Seasons Realty Office and stole the keys from the late arrival box for a residence located at 141 Deerfield Village. The two subjects drove to the residence and allegedly entered using the keys they had stolen. Once inside, they allegedly stole several items including but not limited to a TV, DVD player, lamps, pictures and other items. They destroyed one interior door in order to gain entry to a locked closet.
On Thursday, Aug. 17 Sgt. C.D. Siler, of the West Virginia State Police, executed a search warrant at the residence of Tammy Mook and located several items that had been stolen from the Gum Residence. He obtained a statement from her after reading her Miranda Rights. She signed the form and stated that she understood her rights and confessed to the crime and allegedly implicated Bryan.
On the same date, Siler executed a search warrant at the residence of Jessica Bryan. It should be noted that this residence is owned by Mook’s father. Therefore Mook had access to the garages as well as the residence. During this search warrant several more items were located. One being an oak rocking chair that they put on the front porch of the Bryan residence after it was stolen.
On this same date Siler met with Ms. Bryan and went over her Miranda Rights. She initialed and signed this form stating that she understood her rights and wanted to give a statement. In this statement, she confessed to the crime and allegedly implicated Mook.
She is under a $25,000 cash bond that was not entered and on home confinement with the Tucker County Community Corrections.
Jeremy Clinton Watson, Aurora, was charged with one felony count of Felon in Possession of Firearm; one felony count Possession with intent to deliver (Meth). The complaint states that on Sept. 26, Grant County Communications put out a BOLO (Be On the Look Out) on a brown or red 1985 Mustang bearing Maryland registration. The complaint was that the subjects had held a person at gun point in Bayard and then fled the scene. Grant Communications had given the names of the two subjects, one being the defendant and the other was Bradley Collins. Sheriff B.K. Wilfonf was off duty and observed said vehicle in McDonalds in Parsons. Sgt. C.D. Siler, of the West Virginia State Police, responded and got behind the suspect vehicle on WV72. He waited until they were out of the city limits before performing a traffic stop. Siler, Parsons Police Chief Bill Rowe, Sheriff Wilfong and Deputy C.A. Teter performed a felony stop and removed the two males in the car. The defendant was in the passenger side front seat and continued to move around and move his hands from the officer’s line of sight while Siler directed the defendant to exit the vehicle. The two males were identified as the suspects from Grant County. A Smith & Wesson .38 Special was located under the passenger side front seat where the defendant was sitting. Collins gave Siler a statement that allegedly stated that the gun was not his and he didn’t know anything about it. Upon talking with Cpl. C.S. Hartman, of the Moorefield/Petersburg Detachment, it was learned that the call in Bayard was a domestic and the victim was transported to the hospital before a statement was obtained. It was learned that the defendant was the subject that was at the house in Bayard and allegedly fled out a window from the Bayard Police PD. Hartman stated they did not have any warrants for either subject at this time. A warrant check was run on the defendant and it was learned that he was wanted out of Preston County. He was placed under arrest. After he was placed I n the cruiser, a plastic bag containing a white crystal looking substance, that tested positive for meth, was allegedly located outside the passenger side rear door where the defendant had been placed. Upon running a Triple “I” on the defendant, it was learned that he had a prior conviction of Possession of CDS in the Anthony Correctional Facility on Jan. 16, 2015. He had another conviction of Possession with Intent to Deliver Meth in the Pruntytown Correctional Facility on March 27, 2015. Both convictions were felonies and due to the felony drug convictions, it is a felony to be in possession of a firearm. Upon arriving at the parsons Detachment, $416 in cash was located in the pocket of the defendant’s jeans and an additional $44 in cash was in his wallet. The defendant had no answer as to where the money came from and he does not have a job. He is under a $30,000 cash bond that was not entered and he is on monitored home incarceration.
Jeremy Clinton Watson, Aurora, was charged with on count of Obstructing Officer and Refusal to submit Fingerprinting. According to the complaint, on Sept 27 while attempting to process the defendant, he allegedly became belligerent and defiant. While Sgt. Siler asked him questions to complete the Live Scan process, the defendant refused to give answers by not saying anything or would be sarcastic. The defendant was asked for a mailing address and he asked why. When explained that the magistrate office needed it to send his notices to, he stated that the magistrate office could shove the paperwork. Once it came time to take the defendant’s pictures and submit fingerprints, he stated that he wasn’t doing a thing and refused to allow himself to be photographed or fingerprinted. He is under a $1,000 cash bond that has not been entered.

State of West Virginia verses Chezaray D. Posey, Parsons, received judgment of Not Guilty verdict for one count Cruelty to
Animals which occurred on April 27. This case was heard on Sept 22 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Rachel R. Long, Parsons, received judgment of no contest plea for one count Driving to fast for roadway conditions and a not guilty verdict for one count Limitations on overtaking on the left which occurred on July 10. She was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. These cases were heard on Sept 26 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
The following cases have been recorded in the Tucker County Circuit Clerk’s office:
State of West Virginia verses Angela Arnold: she was accused on the indictment of committing the felony offense of Embezzelment and a plea agreement states that the period between Feb. 12, 2013 and July 31, 2013 she committed the offense of Embezzlement of $33,000 from the store owned ATM machine. She received a suspended jail sentence of one to ten years and is on probation for five years. She must pay restitution of $31,460 to BFS.
Robert Roy Jr, On Sept 14 he was in Circuit Court for a motion for Bond Modification and/or reduction. Bond remains at $5,500 and he was returned to Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
