The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Jesse Lee Mowery, of Circleville, was charged with one felony count of Grand Larceny – Auto.  The complaint states that on Monday, Nov. 4 Trooper G.P. Hahn was dispatched to the address of 150 Excavation Lane/Mountaineer Infrastructure for a call of a stolen vehicle.  He arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who stated that around the hours of 12:40 and 12:47 a.m. on Nov 4 his 2002 Jeep Wrangler was stolen from his shop.  CCTV footage was viewed of the incident and showed a light colored sedan pull into the lot and follow the stolen jeep off the premises and turn right onto WV72 South.  Hahn returned to the WVSP Parsons Detachment to enter the vehicle into NCIC and while he was doing paperwork he was advised the stolen vehicle had been spotted near Seneca Rocks.  He was contacted by another Trooper in Pendleton County who stated that they had located the stolen vehicle as well as the vehicle used to drive onto the property to steal said vehicle.  He was also advised that one female subject identified as Sheena Ashley Boyles, as well as one male subject identified as Jesse Lee Mowery were in custody for possession of said vehicle.  Law enforcement on scene advised that the Boyles subject, under Miranda, stated that she and the Mowery subject had driven onto the property and Mowery had allegedly taken the jeep while she followed in the vehicle they had arrived in.
