The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Office:
Casey Leann Dravenstout, of Hambleton, was charged with one count of Driving Revoked for DUI. According to the complaint on Jan. 13 Deputy C.R. Summerfield of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office was patrolling WV72 when he observed a West Virginia registration that was expired. He initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver and asked for driver’s license, registration and proof of insurance. The driver, Casey Dravenstout, stated she did not have a valid WV driver’s license. A check was done through 911 and was advised that her right to drive a motor vehicle had been revoked for DUI. She was placed under arrest and transported to the West Virginia State Police Station in Hambleton for processing, then to TVRJ to await arraignment.
