The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

David Earle Stemple, was charged with one cunt Domestic Battery. According to the complaint on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at approximately 8:40 p.m. officers were dispatched to 44 Ridge Wood Drive for a report of domestic battery. Sgt. B.T. Zirk of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office and Trooper Musgrave of the West Virginia State Police responded. Upon arriving on scene, officers met with the complainant, Reva Stemple and her juvenile son. In summary she stated she and her husband, David, got into an argument. She stated her son said something to the defendant and he threw a chair at the juvenile striking him in the face. He then began striking the juvenile in the face with his fist. She stated the juvenile began hitting the defendant back. At this time, she said she grabbed her son trying to pull him away and told him to go outside. They then left and called 911.
