The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Clerk’s office:
Marshall Dwaine Parsons, of Parsons was charged with one count of Driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense. The complaint states that Patrolman First Class N.C. Gidley received a call from Tucker County 911 in regards to a complaint at 107 Loughry St. in Parsons. Tucker 911 advised that DNR 100, L. Dudley was on scene requesting assistance with two males who were removing items from a building where one male had been given an eviction notice prior to which stated that he was to be out of the residence by July 7 at midnight.
Upon arriving on scene Gidley observed a white and black Ford pickup with a trailer attached backed up to a garage door at the residence. A green Jeep was observed parked off the roadway with a trailer attached but did not have a registration plate attached. He then met with Officer Dudley who stated that when she arrived she came into contact with two male individuals inside the garage. They appeared to be removing objects from the garage and onto a trailer. Upon making contact with the subjects they were identified as Jeremy Cussins and Marshall Parsons (DOB: 4-1-84).
Gidley was informed by Tucker 911 that Parsons’ driver’s license was revoked for DUI and that he had been charged in the past for driving revoked DUI (1st offense) in 2018. Upon questioning Parsons, he stated that he drove the truck up to the garage to help Cussins, and he knew his license was revoked. He stated that he served 24 hours in jail and a six month probation period for the charge in 2018.
Morgan Parsons arrived on scene to drive both individuals since they could not legally drive on the roadway.
