The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Cory Bryant Dibartolomeo of Parsons was cited for Speeding (59-55) by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Tony A. Hedenzick of Ashburn, Va. was cited for Speeding (64-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

 

The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Clifford Scott Boyles of Parsons has been charged with Failure to register change of address and giving false or misleading information to West Virginia State Police. According to the criminal complaints, Boyles moved from 230 Virginia Street to 222 Water Street and did not notify the local West Virginia State Police Detachment within the ten day period mandated. When Boyles was located by WVSP and asked where he was living he said he still resided at the Virginia Street address when he had in fact already paid rent and lived at address on Water Street. He posted a $2,000 PR bond and has a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 28 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Carol Irons.
